While I’m not a fan of Jerry, and I see what you’re trying to do here, please note that Falwell says the “values” while Washington says “religion”. It may not seem like much, but the distinction is clear. This nation was founded as one with the freedom to worship as one pleased. That does not mean that the founding fathers didn’t put the values learned from their religion into the constitution and bill of rights. If you read them, you’ll actually find that the opposite is true.
